Partner and Family Visas

Business and Investment Visas (Curretly closed)

Small Business Owner Visa Pathways

  • Australian Capital Territory (ACT) Small Business Owner Pathway: This program allows business owners who have actively operated a business in Canberra for at least six months to apply for nomination under the Subclass 491 or Subclass 190 visa.

  • Queensland Small Business Owner Pathway: Entrepreneurs who have purchased and operated an eligible business in a regional area of Queensland for at least six months m
