Working Right
Student visa holders can work no more than 48 hours a fortnight while studying. Student visa holders have no work restrictions when their course of study or training is not in session. Research and PhD students have full-time working right. A de facto partner of a student visa holder (Master course) is also eligible to work full-time.

It lets you live, study and work in Australia temporarily. Post Higher-Education work stream, visa is for international students who have recently graduated with a degree from an Australian institution. It lets you live, work and study in Australia, temporarily.
Working Right for Spouse/Partner
Your partner has the same working right as you. Only exception is for students enrolled for a Master course; your partner has full-time working right whilst you are enrolled for Master.
Professional Year Program
A Professional Year Program is a structured professional development program combining formal learning and workplace experience for international students who have graduated from a university in Australia in the following courses. post completing your graduation get equipped with all the necessary practical skills to become job-ready in the competitive Australian work place. Also, a PY completion gives you 5 additional points for Skilled Migration.
