BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management(Learning): CRICOS Cancellation Factsheet
From 5 October 2026, ASQA and the Department of Education have stopped new overseas enrolments in the BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), following integrity concerns identified across the sector. This factsheet summarises the key facts in plain language.
Who is and isn't affected
Already studying the course?
You can continue and complete your qualification with your current provider. No action required.
Hold a CoE but haven't started?
Your CoE is expected to be cancelled. Speak to your provider and a registered migration agent immediately about alternative pathways.
Considering enrolling from 5 Oct 2026?
The course is no longer available to overseas students. You will need an alternative qualification.
An RTO delivering the course?
Your CRICOS scope is suspended (existing students) or cancelled (no overseas students commenced). Confirm your status and meet your ESOS notification and refund obligations.
Why was this course targeted?
Regulators cited rapid, disproportionate enrolment growth, high non-commencement rates, elevated student visa refusal rates, and low completion rates: evidence the government says shows the course was often used to facilitate onshore transfers and extended stay rather than genuine study.
